Reelme, Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”) built the Reel Player app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Reelme, Inc and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Copyright Statement

ReelPlayer is a media player application that does not provide any copyrighted content. ReelPlayer may connect to user's private cloud storage (such as personal NAS devices) or user's self-hosted Emby services, but we do not provide any content ourselves.

All media content accessed through ReelPlayer belongs to and is the sole responsibility of the user. ReelPlayer acts solely as a playback tool and has no control over, nor assumes any responsibility for, the content that users choose to play through the application.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization and legal rights to access and play any content through ReelPlayer. We strongly advise users to respect copyright laws and only access content they have legitimate rights to use.

ReelPlayer does not host, distribute, or provide any copyrighted material. Any content accessed through the application is stored and managed entirely by the user or third-party services that the user has chosen to connect to.

If you believe any content being accessed through ReelPlayer infringes your copyright, please contact the content provider directly as ReelPlayer has no control over user-connected content sources.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address, name, other information (“Personal Information”). The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Personal Information

If you link Reel Player to a third party account, we may collect and store certain information.

Reel Player may allow you to connect and access your Google Drive. In this case, we will access certain information from Google Drive using Google API Services. We may collect email and access tokens. When disconnecting a Google Drive account on Reel Player, Reel Player will delete the stored data associated with that Google Drive. In addition, you can revoke access via Google’s security settings page.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
